This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling market research report orders placed with Exim Atlas India. Our goal is to provide transparency and ensure fairness for all parties involved.

**2. Order Cancellation Terms**
Due to the nature of digital products and the resources dedicated to data gathering and report preparation, the following terms apply to cancellations:

– **Cancellation Before Report Delivery:**
– Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund, provided the report has not yet been prepared or delivered. Within 5 working days the refund will be provided.
– Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparatory costs.

– **Cancellation After Report Delivery:**
– Once the report has been delivered to the client, cancellations are no longer permitted, and the full purchase amount will be retained by Exim Atlas India.

**3. Custom Report Orders**
For customized or tailored reports, all sales are final upon payment confirmation. Custom reports are made specifically to client specifications and cannot be reused, so these are non-refundable.

**4. Disputes and Resolution**
Should any dispute arise regarding the quality or scope of the report, clients are encouraged to contact our customer support team within 7 days of report delivery. We will work to address any issues in alignment with our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
